How long does it take to finish an apartment?
Finishing an apartment usually takes 60 to 85 days, depending on the area and the agreed finishing level. The exact timeline is fixed in the binding schedule attached to the contract.

What is the difference between the two contract types?
With Fixed Price you know the final total price from the start. With Cost Plus you pay the actual cost, backed by invoices, plus our agreed percentage.
Can I make changes to the design?
Yes. You can request revisions during the design stage until you fully approve it — execution only starts after your approval.
How do I follow my project?
Through our One-to-One system: one engineer responsible for your project whom you contact directly, with regular progress reports.
What happens after handover?
You receive a written warranty for every item, plus a free follow-up visit within the first 3 months after handover.
