We started with a site visit, took precise measurements and listened carefully to the client's needs, then presented a 3D design that was fully approved before any work began on site.
Infrastructure works — electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning — came first, followed by plastering, flooring, gypsum board and painting, all according to written, approved specifications for every item.
In the final stage the furniture was manufactured in our partner workshops and installed, and the space was handed over ready to use, with a written warranty and a free follow-up visit.
